AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheadaptivenedsofprostatecancerpatientsundergoingendocrinetherapyandtoprovide evidencefor theconstructionoftargeted interventionprograms.Methods：Aphenomenologicalstudymethodwasusedtoconduct semi-structuredinterviewswith17prostatecancerpatientsandOmedicalstaffwhoreceivedendocrinetherapyinatertiarygradeA hospitalinShanghai fromDecember2O2 toApril2023.Colaizzi7stepanalysis methodwasusedtosortoutandanalyzethedata. Results：Interviesitotalf6utsatioeeouedetsretasibedd3db wereextracted.Thethreethemes wereself-managementneeds，psychologicalsupportneedsandsocialsupport needs.Concusios： Prostatecancerpatientsfacesgnificantchalengesindiseaseadaptationduetotheimpactofsymptomdistressandpsychologicalurden. Medicalstaffshouldatachgreatimportancetoiseaseadaptationxplorecopingstrategiesinepthandpromotedoctratint collaboration with thehelpofchronic disease leadership framework，soas toenhance the adaptabilityof patients.
