AbstractObjective:Toconstructtheperformance scheme foroperating room nurses basedonmultidimensional score systemof analytichierarchyprocssndtodisusesitsapplicationfectMethods:Befreteiplementationofteultidimensioalor systemfrom JulytoOctober2O22,theperformancedistributionofoperatingroomwasperformedbymanuallycounting thegradesand tablesof nursesparticipatinginoperations.FromJulytoOctober2O23,theperformanceschemeforoperatingroomnursesbasedonthe multidimensionalscoresystemofanalyticherarchyprocesswasimplemented.Throughthehospitalmanagementinformationsystem, multidimensionaltotalsoressuchastenumberofoperatingtableserteursesprtcipatedinteoperationperationuratio andoperationnursingcoperationdificultywereextractedonamonthlybasis.Theanalytichierachyprocesswasusedtoasigieret weightstoeachdimensionandtocalculateperformance.Thesatifactionofursesonperformanedistrbution,umanresoueutlation rateandperatingbedutlzationratewerecomparedbeforeandafterimplementation.Results:Theutlizationrateofoperatingoom operating bed and human resource were higher than those before implementation ..<0.05 .The satisfaction and enthusiasm of nursing staffafter implementation were higher than those before implementation P<0.05) .Conclusions:Theperformance scheme based on the multidimensionalpointssystemofanalytichierachyprocesspromotedtheenthusiasmandeficiencyofoperatingroomnurses.Itreflected themorework,thebeterperformanceandthemorepay.Ithadalsoincreasedtheutilizationrateofoperatingbeds,savedhuman resources,and improved staff satisfaction.
