雙層引緯機構振動系統(tǒng)建模研究

摘 要:為解決雙層劍桿織機質量的雙層引緯機構振動問題,建立雙層引緯機構的劍輪-劍桿-氣墊導軌沖擊振動剛柔耦合動力學模型,進行劍桿的瞬態(tài)振動特性仿真分析,設計振動測試實驗平臺對仿真模型參數進行修正,為后續(xù)雙層劍桿織機設計和改進提供了精準的仿真模型。

Abstract:To solve the vibration problem of double-layer weft insertion mechanism of double-layer rapier loom, this paper establishes the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of double-layer weft insertion mechanism of sword wheel-rapier-air cushion guide impact vibration, conducts the simulation analysis of rapier transient vibration characteristics, and designs the vibration test platform to modify the parameters of the simulation model. The reserch presents an accurate simulation model for the design and improvement of double-layer rapier loom.

0 引言
工程織物用雙層劍桿織機是目前較先進的制造設備,由于齒輪齒條的嚙合振動與傳動軸的往復扭轉振動[1],高速往復運動的劍桿會發(fā)生劇烈振動,嚴重影響了雙層劍桿織機的工作穩(wěn)定性,降低了織物質量和生產效率。(剩余3180字)
