水產(chǎn)品中重金屬污染的快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)研究

摘 要:水產(chǎn)品重金屬污染日益嚴(yán)重,傳統(tǒng)檢測(cè)方法效率低、分析不足且數(shù)據(jù)處理精度欠佳。本文分析水產(chǎn)品重金屬污染的來源、危害及檢測(cè)中存在的問題,提出采用微流控芯片技術(shù)、重金屬形態(tài)原位表征方法以及人工智能算法等技術(shù)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),以期為相關(guān)領(lǐng)域提供參考。

Abstract: The heavy metal pollution in aquatic products is becoming increasingly serious, and traditional detection methods have low efficiency, insufficient analysis, and poor data processing accuracy. This article analyzes the sources, hazards, and problems in detecting heavy metal pollution in aquatic products, and proposes the use of microfluidic chip technology, in-situ characterization of heavy metal forms, and artificial intelligence algorithms for monitoring, in order to provide reference for related fields.
