摘 要：本文對(duì)2022—2024年陜西省寶雞市元旦、春節(jié)期間食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的監(jiān)督抽檢相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行匯總分析，掌握雙節(jié)期間食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品總體安全情況，并針對(duì)雙節(jié)期間食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品抽檢中存在的主要問題提出改善對(duì)策，以保障人們“舌尖上的安全”。

Abstract： This paper summarizes and analyzes the data related to supervision and sampling of edible agricultural products during the New Year and Spring Festival period in Baoji city ， Shaanxi province from 2022 to 2024， graspes the overall safety situation of edible agricultural products during the double festival period， and proposes improvement measures to the main problems existing in the sampling inspection of edible agricultural products during the double festival period， so as to ensure people’s “safety on the tip of their tongue”.
