高校食堂推行“6T”管理法難點研究

摘 要:高校食堂食品衛(wèi)生安全是全社會關(guān)注的焦點。本文基于汕尾職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院翠園食堂在推行“6T”管理法過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,對高校食堂存在共性問題進(jìn)行深入分析,并提出相應(yīng)的對策和建議,以期為“6T”管理在高校食堂的推行提供借鑒。

Abstract: The food hygiene and safety in college canteens is the focus of the whole society. Based on the problems in each stage of the implementation of “6T” management in Cuiyuan canteen of Shanwei Vocational and Technical College, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the common difficulties of college canteens, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide reference for the implementation of “6T” management in college canteens.
