微生物污染對(duì)乳制品安全的影響及防控措施研究

摘 要:我國是乳制品生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)大國,加強(qiáng)乳制品安全管理不但能促進(jìn)乳制品行業(yè)健康發(fā)展,而且事關(guān)人們的身體健康和生命安全。本文分析了乳制品微生物污染的來源、類型以及微生物污染對(duì)乳制品安全的影響,并提出乳制品微生物污染的防控措施,為乳制品行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展提供理論支持。

Abstract: China is a major producer and consumer of dairy products. Strengthening the safety management of dairy products can not only promote the healthy development of the dairy industry, but also affect the health and life safety of the people. This paper analyzes the sources and types of microbial contamination of dairy products and the influence of microbial contamination on the safety of dairy products, and puts forward the prevention and control measures to provide theoretical support for the healthy development of dairy industry.
