食品安全抽檢樣品接收質量控制策略
摘 要:食品安全抽檢樣品接收質量控制是保障食品安全監(jiān)管的重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文分析樣品接收常見問題,并提出了樣品接收質量控制的策略和建議,旨在確保樣品管理的有效性、完整性、規(guī)范性,保證樣品接收程序合規(guī)、風險可控,確保食品抽檢樣品滿足檢驗檢測要求,進而為食品安全抽檢工作提供參考。

Quality Control Strategy for Food Safety Sampling Sample Receipt

Abstract: Food safety sampling sample receipt and quality control is an important part of ensuring food safety supervision. This paper analyzes the common problems of sample acceptance, and puts forward strategies and suggestions for sample receipt quality control, aiming to ensure the effectiveness, integrity and standardization of sample management, ensure the compliance of sample receiving procedures and controllable risks, and ensure that food sampling samples meet the inspection and testing requirements, so as to provide reference for food safety sampling inspection.
