AbstractWiththetechnologicalinnovationsandevolvingservicedemandsinthenursingindustry，traditionalnursing educationcannolongermeettherequirementsof industrydevelopment.TheSTEAMeducationconcept，whichintegrates science，technologyengineering，arts，andmathematics，providesafreshperspectivefornursingeducation.This paper explores how studytours，basedontheSTEAMeducationconcept，canbe integrated into nursing educationto broaden interdisciplinary knowledge，stimulate innovative thinking，and enhance practical skills for nursing students.By establishingdiverseleaingplatforms，expandingstudytourresources，andformulatingpersonalizedteacherprofessonal development plans，this approach promotes acloser alignment betweennursing educationand industry needs，cultivating high-quality nursing professionalswho can adapt to future healthcare demands.
