[Abstract] Guided bytheeducational conceptofLide Shuren，theconstructionofcuriculumideologicaland political education in higher vocational physical education aims touse physical exercise to temper students' wilpower and shape their character，cultivate a positiveatitude towards lifeandasenseofsocial responsibility，and help the new generation of young people in the new era grow into compound talents withboth profesional skils and noble virtues，injecting positive energy into the country's development.Thisarticle deeply analyzes the necesityofcurrculum ideologicaland politicalconstructioninphysicaleducationinhigher vocationalcollges，pointsoutitssignificant importance foradapting to the demands of talent cutivationinthenew era，meeting theneeds of students'growthstages，andleading thereform of physical education.Atthesame time，it reveals thecurrent predicamentssuch as thesuperficial integrationof ideologicaland political education，thescateredand isolatededucational resources，and the lagging evaluationsystem. To addressthese isues，this article proposes practicalstrategies that integrate cuting-edge concepts with diverse means， including deeplyintegrating teachingcontent withideologicalandpolitical elements，establishingasystematicmechanism for integratingandsharing ideologicalandpolitical resources，andseting upamulti-dimensionalcurriculum ideological and political evaluation system，inorder to promote the deep integration of physical educationand ideological and politicaleducationandlayasolidfoundationforthecultivationofhigh-qualitytechnicalandskilledtalentsinthenew era.
