[Abstract] This study focuses on the application of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE)concept in the curriculum ideological and political educationofleisure sports major,using literature reviewandtheoretical analysis methods,a fourinone curiculumideologicaland political "connotation-objectives-pathways-safeguards"analytical framework is constructed.Attheonnotation level,curiculumideologicaland political education is transformed intooutcome oriented literacy cultivation system; At theobjectives level,a precisedocking mechanism is established between profesionalcore competencies and measurable learning outcomes; At thepaths level,a practical path system is formed with outcomeorientationas theguide,reverse designas themethod,student-centerednessas theprinciple,and assessment-driven improvement as the guarantee;Atthe security level,acolaborative security mechanism is built encompassing top-level design,teacher development,resource support,and incentive-evaluation systems.The study aims to providea holistic approach forcurriculum ideological and political education reform in leisure sports programs, in order to enhance talent cultivation quality and Lide Shuren effectiveness.
