楊桃功能性成分及產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的研究進展
摘 要:楊桃營養(yǎng)極其豐富,富含礦物質(zhì)、維生素、多糖和多酚類等物質(zhì),具有重要的開發(fā)利用價值和廣闊的市場前景。本文總結了楊桃主要功能性成分和楊桃飲料、果酒、果脯等產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的研究進展,以期為楊桃精深加工的研究提供一定的參考價值。

Abstract: Averrhoa carambola is extremely nutritious, rich in minerals, vitamins, polysaccharides, phenols and other substances, with important development and utilization value and broad market prospects. This article summarizes the research progress on the main functional components of Averrhoa carambola and the development of Averrhoa carambola beverages, fruit wines, preserved fruits and other products, in order to provide certain reference value for the research of deep processing of Averrhoa carambola.
