摘 要：隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，食品市場呈現(xiàn)出多元化發(fā)展態(tài)勢，市場中各類型食品不斷出現(xiàn)。這雖然為消費者購買食品提供了更多選擇渠道，但在一定程度上加大了食品檢驗工作的壓力?；诖耍疚年U述了新興食品檢驗檢測技術(shù)及其在食品檢驗檢測中的應(yīng)用，為相關(guān)人員提供食品檢驗檢測技術(shù)參考。

Emerging Food Inspection and Testing Technology and Its Application in Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract： With the development of market economy， the food market shows a diversified development trend， and various types of food in the market continue to appear. Although this provides consumers with more choice channels to buy food， it has increased the pressure of food inspection to a certain extent. Based on this， this paper describes the emerging food inspection and testing technology and its application in food inspection and testing， in order to provide relevant personnel with food inspection and testing technology reference.
