網(wǎng)絡餐飲形態(tài)下食品安全監(jiān)管措施分析
摘 要:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的不斷發(fā)展和進步,網(wǎng)絡餐飲逐漸成為人們?nèi)粘I畹闹匾M成部分,但其發(fā)展過程中也出現(xiàn)了一些食品安全問題。本文對網(wǎng)絡餐飲服務進行簡要介紹,對網(wǎng)絡餐飲服務中存在的問題進行分析,并提出了相關的食品安全監(jiān)管措施,旨在保障網(wǎng)絡餐飲形態(tài)下食品的安全性。

Analysis of Food Safety Supervision Measures Under the Network Catering Form

Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of Internet technology, network catering has gradually become an important part of people’s daily life, but some food safety problems have emerged in its development. This paper mainly briefly describes the network catering service, analyzes the problems existing in the network catering service, and puts forward relevant food safety supervision measures, aiming at guaranteeing the safety of food in the form of network catering.
