關(guān)于師范生教育研習(xí)的思考

摘要教育研習(xí)是師范專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的重要環(huán)節(jié)，通過對中小學(xué)教育教學(xué)工作開展調(diào)查研究，進行反思改進，提升師范生教育教學(xué)能力和反思研究能力。高校師范專業(yè)應(yīng)進一步深化師生認識，明確研習(xí)任務(wù)，加強組織實施，完善保障條件，推動教育研習(xí)質(zhì)量不斷提升。

Thinking on Normal Students' Educational Study

Abstract  Educational study is one of the important parts of cultivating normal students， and the investigation andstudy of education and teaching in primary and middle schools， and the corresponding reflections and improvementswill improve normal students' competence of education and reflecting study. College normal majors should deepen theunderstanding of educational study，  clarify the tasks，  strengthen organization and implementation，  and completeguaranteeing conditions as to promote the continuous improvement of educational study quality.
