Abstract:This study focuses on the cultivation of “dual-qualified” teachers in vocational education in the new era,providing an in-depth analysis of the practical exploration and model construction process at the Vocational and Technical Teachers College of Baotou Normal College.By elaborating on the college’s specific measures in faculty development,training base construction,teaching model innovation,and industry-education integration,the study examines how the college aligns with the goal of integrating “professionalism,vocational competence,and pedagogical expertise” to develop pathways for cultivating “dual-qualified” teachers.This offers a replicable practical example and theoretical reference for building a “dual-qualified” teacher workforce in vocational education in the new era.
