Research on the Construction of School Sports Culture Diversity
under the “One School,Multiple Brands” Model

Abstract:The construction of school sports culture diversity under the “One School,Multiple Brands” model is an inevitable trend in promoting the development of school physical education,serving as a crucial approach to cultivating innovative talents,preserving cultural heritage,and advancing social development.This study explores the development of diversified school sports culture within the framework of the “One School,Multiple Brands” model.The findings indicate that the core elements of fostering sports culture diversity under this model include diversified sports programs,comprehensive participation in sports culture,and varied sports facilities.The guiding principles emphasize student-centeredness,cultural identity,multicultural inclusivity,and cooperation and sharing.Implementation strategies proposed include designing diversified curricula,enhancing teacher expertise and professional development,enriching extracurricular sports activities and competitions,and strengthening the promotion and dissemination of sports culture.
