Abstract：This paper explores the model of ruleof law educationacross primary，secondary，and higher education froman integrative perspective，adhering tothe principles of ruleof law education，teaching and nurturingpractices，and student development.Itemphasizes theimportanceofconnotativedevelopment as an essentialaspectofideologicalandpolitical educationreforminthenewera.Underthestrongleadershipof theParty，thecoordinationof systemicelements，theconstructionofboth“tangible”and“intangible”carriers，thedevelopment ofanintegrated teaching staff，and theconsolidation of family，society，and school effortscaneffectivelypromotetheintegrationofruleoflaweducation.Analyzing theconnotationofrule oflaweducationintegrationfromtheperspectiveof reformoriginsand educational principleshelpsclarify its coremeaningand establish practical approaches for integratededucation，providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of rule of law education in the new era.
