Abstract：Intheeraofartificialintelligence，theproductionsystemofmoderneconomybreaksthroughthe limit ofhuman labor productivity，so human beings arelikely to face more and more serious ecological crises，butthe Chinese and American economic models give different solutions：the American historyandculture chosetheideologyofprotectingindividualrights，whichrequirestheimplementationoftheeconomicsystem withthemain systemofiprivate ownership，whichis veryconducivetoitheentrepreneurs tocarryoutthe sub versiveinnovations，andentrepreneursareverylikelytoadoptnewtechnologies thatdamagetheecological environment fromithe perspective of maximizing personal interests，entrepreneurs are likely to adopt new technologiesthatdestroytheecologicalenvironment soitisdifficultfortheU.S.toleadthedevelopment of mankind;China‘s history andculturehave chosen theideology serving the people，and demanded the implementationoftheeconomic stemma1 based thepubli ste which1s very conducivetoimitative innovations of the whole people，and the people，from the perspectiveof maximizing the public interests，are boundtopromotenewtechnologiesthatcanrepaintheecological environment，soChinawilllead humandevelopment.
