Research on the Cultivation of Study Tour Guide Talent under School-Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract:This study explores effective strategies for cultivating study tour tutors under the context of school-enterprise cooperation,aiming to optimize the qualityof study tour educationandenhance tutors’ professional competencies.Byanalyzing thedevelopmenttrends of the studytour marketandapplyingthe Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),anevaluationsystemfortutorcultivationwasestablished,andtheweightof eachindicatorwas calculated.Theresults indicatethat professional ethicsand moral qualities are the key factors influencing the qualityof study tour tutors,with professional ethics ranking thehighest inimportance.Additionally,professional knowledge,school-enterprisecooperation support,andlifelonglearning abilityalso play significant roles in tutor cultivation. Based on these findings,this study proposes improvement measures such as strengthening professional ethics education,optimizing professional knowledge training,depening school-enterprise cooperation,promotinglifelong learning,and enhancing safety management.A systematic talent cultivation framework can effectively improve tutors' teaching abilities and practical guidance skills,providing strong support for the sustainable development of study tour education.
