Abstract:With therapid development of information technology,the digitalizationof education has become an inevitabletrend intoday'seducation feld.Thischangenotonlychangesthe traditional teachingmethod,but also brings new opportunities and challenges to the mental health education of college students.Based on the conceptual characteristics of education digitalization,this paper discusses the current situation ofcollge students' mental health education in the context of education digitalization,and improves theefectiveness of mental health education by creating apersonalized mental health education model,expanding digital mental health education resources, strengthening the construction of digital mental health education platform,and improving teachers'digital mental health education capabilities.
