Abstract：This article is based ona study of the current development statusand digital advantages of the manufacturing industry in Guangdong， Hong Kong，and Macao，revealing the significant empowering effect of the digital economy in the transformationand upgradingof traditional manufacturing industries.To further optimize the industrial structure，this article suggests promoting comprehensive integrationof industrial innovationand upgrading， driven by intelligent manufacturing，and acelerating the transformation of the manufacturing industry.Atthe same time，strategies suchasregional cooperation，policygudance，talent introduction，andresource integrationare proposedas the keytoachieving high-speedand high-quality transformationofthemanufacturing industryin the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater BayArea through the digital economy.Throughthesemeasures，theaimis toachieve intellgent， efficient，and innovative development of the manufacturing industry cluster，buildan advanced manufacturing base with global competitivenes，and injectnew impetus into the high-qualitydevelopment ofthe Chinese economy.
