Abstract： The rapid rise of new media has had a severe impact on the development of broadcasting and television media，with serious audience loss.Broadcasting and television media need to actively seek innovation and breakthroughs，deeply integrate with new media，in order to gain widespread atention from audiences and achieve sustainabledevelopment.Thisarticle explores the practical significanceof thedeep integrationofradioand television with newmedia，pointsoutthechallengesfacedbymediaintegrationandproposesstrategiesfortheintegrationofradio and television with newmedia. Intended to promote thedeep integration of radioand television with new media，met the informationneedsofaudiences，enhancethedisseminationofnewsinformation，improvethecompetitivenessofadioand television media，and inject new momentum into the innovative development of radio and television media.
