Abstract: With the upgrading of business demands and changes in market environment,traditional callcenters are facing multiple challenges,such as slowing efficiency growth,high costs,and a single service channel.The intelligent customersrvicesystem, withtechnologies such asspeechrecognitionand naturallanguage processing,has becomean important technical means toaddress these challenges.This article explores the application of intelligent customer service systems in Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange.Analyzed theconstruction background, basic positioning,and main function implementation of the intelligentcustomer service system,and demonstrated the application value of the intellgent customer service system in providing 24/7online consultation,accurate push of study abroad information,and automated processingofcommonproblems through specific application cases in the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange. Practice has proven that intellgent customer service systems can significantly improve customer service qualityand operational eficiency,providing new impetus for the intellgent transformation of the study abroad service field.
