Abstract：This article explores how college counselorscan utilize artificial intellgence technologies，such as implementing intellgent Q&A for"virtual counselors"andusing big data technology tocreateuser profiles.It aims to establish an educational environmentthat integrates the virtual and thereal， intelligentlypushrelevantshort videos of colleges and universities，comprehensively guide students'dailylife and academic studies，conduct ideological and politicaleducation，and soon，soas to promote the al-round development of students and enable them to become the new generation capable of shouldering the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
