Abstract： The update frequency of network equipment is rapid，and its performance indicators constantly exhibit dynamic changes.Therefore， management and maintenance work must also vary according to the changes in equipment performance.To ensure the efectiveness of the maintenance mechanism，this paper will explore the changing characteristics of network equipment performance indicators under technological development and propose a construction scheme for a dynamic maintenance mechanism based on these characteristics，thereby providing academic assistance for corresponding management work.
