共享電動車三方協(xié)同共治體系研究

摘要：基于共享經(jīng)濟和低碳環(huán)保的時代背景，文章對共享電動車行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及產(chǎn)生的原因進行了深入探索，對此進行分析并總結(jié)出相應(yīng)的治理方案，運用《協(xié)同論》的方法，將城市共享電動車管理涉及的多方管理主體進行整合，針對共享電動車健康使用提出了政府、企業(yè)、市民三方協(xié)同管理的方案體系。

Abstract： Based on the background of the sharing economy and low?carbon environment， this paper makes an in?depth exploration of the current situation and causes of the shared electric vehicle industry， and studies and analyzes it and summarizes the corresponding governance schemes. Using the method of' synergy theory'， this paper integrates the multi?party management subjects involved in the management of urban shared electric vehicles， and puts forward a three?party collaborative governance scheme system of government， enterprises and citizens.
