The realistic dilemmas, symbiotic mechanisms, and paths exploration of the integrated development of sports schools and primary and secondary schools

Abstract: Mutualismand symbiosis is a necessary picture for sports schools and primary and secondary schools to achieve goal integration,talent co-educationand mutual benefit.Based on the theory of symbiosis as a logical basis, based on the following dilemmas including co-generation unit energy decline,symbiosis mode association weak, symbiosis environment in integration of sports schoolsand primary and secondary schools,this study aims to decouple symbiosis mechanism and explore the symbiosis approach. The research holds that the responsibility and rightconsensus mechanism will be theevolutiontrendof integrationand symbiosis,the department coordination mechanism being the governance strategy of integration and symbiosis,and the resource coupling mechanism being the basic guarantee of integration and symbiosis. Therefore, it is suggested that the construction of symbiotic unit should be improved to stimulate the endogenous energy of sports schools and primary and secondary schols; deepening mutualism and symbiosis mode to strengthen the connection between sports schools and primary and secondaryschools; creating a positive symbiotic environment to ensure the conditions for the integration of sports schools and primaryand secondary schools,and allthese measures would be toacelerate the evolution of symbiotic units to the ideal state of mutualism.
