Abstract: Food safety risk analysis is a key means of ensuring food quality and safety,aimed at accurately identifying,scientifically evaluating,and effectivelycontrolling potential risks throughout the entire fod production chain. With the continuous increase in consumers’attention to food safety, food production enterprises are increasingly emphasizing the implementation and optimization of risk management.This article systematically elaboratesonthecoreconcepts offood safetyriskanalysis and its keyrole in food quality management,andexplores in detail its specific applications in building food quality management systems,formulating food standards,and strengthening quality management awareness It provides theoretical support and practical guidance for building a safer and more reliable food industry.
