Abstract: With the improvement of living standards,people's demand for food has undergone a significant shift from eating wellto eating well.Food additives can improve the color, taste and form of food to meet the diversified neds of consumers for food.This paper explores the classification and effcacy of food additives,as well as the analysis of hazards and the management of food additives,in order to provide targeted recommendations for the scientific and rational use of food additives.
