Abstract: Detection of veterinary drug residues in animal-derived foods is acrucial step in ensuring food safety and human health.Inrecent years,with the rapid development of detection technologies,traditional methods have gradually evolved towards high sensitivityand intelligentization.However, chalenges persist,including interference from complex matrices and insuficient sensitivity in trace residue detection.This paper systematically reviews the latest research advances in veterinary drug residue detection technologies, encompassing both pretreatment techniques and detection/analytical technologies.It identifies current issues in veterinary drug residue detection and provides perspectives on future developmental directions for detection technologies.The review aims to offer valuablereferences for innovating detection methodologies and addresing food safety concerns related to animalderived products.
