Discussion on Food Safety Issues and Response Strategies in Hebei Rural Specialty Industry

Abstract: This paper discusss the food safety issues in Hebei's rural specialty industry and analyzes the main challenges faced bythe industry in production,supervisionand consumption.The analysis shows that the food safety issues faced by Hebei's rural specialty industry are mainly due to insuffcient technology in the production process, imperfect supervision system and insufficient consumer awareness.In response to these problems,this paper proposes solutions such as improving production management, strengthening the construction of the supervision system,and enhancing consumer awarenes,so as to promote the healthy development of Hebei's rural specialty industry and food safety assurance.
