Research on the Development Status and Quality and Safety Management Countermeasures of Prefabricated Vegetable Industry in Kunming City

Abstract: In recent years, the prefabricated vegetable industry has flourished. Kunming has a unique highquality raw material market,location advantages andastrong industrial foundation,and is entering the prefabricated vegetable industry track with a strong momentum. However, there are stillproblems such as the fragmentation of the industrial chainand diffculties inqualityand safetysupervision.Thisarticlestarts fromthe two aspects of the management responsibilityof the production and operation entity and the supervision responsibility of the competent department,and discusses theapplication of the HACCP system,the main responsibility, production license, whole process control, traceability management, credit evaluation,standard seting and other measures respectively, it provides reference suggestions for solving the current dificulties in the quality and safety management of prefabricated vegetables in Kunming city.
