Research on Food Heavy Metal Detection Technology

Abstract: Heavy metal polution is one of the main factors threatening food safety,and it may pose serious health risks whenentering the humanbody through the food chain.Itis crucial to establish effcientandaccurate heavy metal detection technology to ensure fod safety.This article systematically reviews the main methods for detecting heavy metals in food,including atomic absorption spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, graphite metal spectroscopy,etc.It also explores the development trendsof combined detection technologies and emerging detection technologies,aiming to provide technical references for food safety monitoring, promote innovation and optimization of heavy metal detection technologies,and beter safeguard public health.
