摘 要:本文針對市場監(jiān)管體制下餐飲食品安全監(jiān)管的問題和挑戰(zhàn),提出了強(qiáng)化企業(yè)自律和責(zé)任、利用信息技術(shù)手段提升監(jiān)管效能、加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督執(zhí)法力度等一系列有效的監(jiān)管方法,有助于提高監(jiān)管水平和保障消費(fèi)者的健康權(quán)益,推動我國餐飲食品行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。

Thinking about the Methods of Food Safety Supervision of Catering Under the Market Supervision System

Abstract: This paper addresses the problems and challenges of restaurant food safety supervision under the market supervision system, and proposes a series of effective supervision methods such as strengthening enterprise self-regulation and responsibility, using information technology to enhance the effectiveness of supervision, and strengthening supervision and enforcement, which can help improve the level of supervision and protect the health rights of consumers, as well as promote the healthy development of the restaurant food industry in China.
