Abstract:Torapidlydetectthepurityofhybridseedsfromfrozendamaged plots intheoverwinteringseed production base of Xinxiangxiaobao23,ensure that the qualityof seeds entering the market meets standards,protect consumers rights,ad improvethe eficiencyofhybridseed screening,specific primers were selectedfrom12 pairsof InDelprimers for Chinesecabbage to distinguish Xinxiangxiaobao 23andits parents,and seed identification wascarriedout.The resultsshowedthatthree pairsof primersexhibitedco-dominance,amongwhichonepaircould effectivelydistinguish Xinxiangxiaobao23fromtheotherthreesimilarvarieties.This primerwas verifiedin108hybrid progenies,andthe purity identification result was 93.5% ,whichwas basically consistentwith the field identification result.In conclusion,the InDelmarkerBrID9ol05selectedinthis studycanbeusedforrapid identificationof seedpurityin Xinxiangxiaobao 23, promoting the healthy development of the seed industry.
