Research progress on breeding of resistance to Fusarium wilt disease in cucurbit crops

Abstract:Fusariumwiltisasoil-bornediseasethataffectscucurbitcropsthroughouttheirdevelopmentalstages,withthe mostsevere impact duringthe fruit-bearing period,significantlyreducing fruityield.Thisarticlereviews theresearch progressonbreedingforresistance toFusarium wiltincucurbit crops,includingresistance identification,inheritanceof resistance to Fusarium wilt,gene mapping,molecular marker development,and breeding of resistant varieties.At the sametime,acolinearityanalysis was conductedonthegenes withinthereportedFusarium wiltresistanceregionsof watermelon,melon,and cucumber.It willprovideuseful reference forFusarium wiltresistancegene localizationanddisease-resistant breeding in cucurbit crops.

瓜類枯萎病是由尖孢鐮刀菌(Fusariumoxysporum)引起的一種毀滅性土傳病害,發(fā)病癥狀主要是植株萎蔫、莖基部變褐縊縮,表皮粗糙、縱裂,根部須根很少且褐色腐爛,會造成產(chǎn)量下降,嚴(yán)重時可能導(dǎo)致絕產(chǎn)。(剩余19168字)
