°</sup>C/5<sup>°</sup>C (晝/夜) + 空氣相對濕度(RH) 95% 條件下進(jìn)行濕冷處理,以 25<sup>°</sup>C/18<sup>°</sup>C+ RH 85% 為對照,分析不同處理對幼苗生長和生理指標(biāo)及其相對值的影響。結(jié)果表明,濕冷處理顯著抑制黃瓜幼苗生長和生理代謝,誘導(dǎo)抗氧化、滲透調(diào)節(jié)和酶保護(hù)反應(yīng)。濕冷脅迫下,2葉期、3葉期和4葉期的生長和生理指標(biāo)均能較好反映品種耐濕冷性,但早期鑒定以2葉期更好。綜合聚類分析、相關(guān)性分析和變異分析,黃瓜耐濕冷性苗期鑒定,形態(tài)指標(biāo)可首選苗高、苗鮮質(zhì)量、苗干質(zhì)量,次選莖粗和真葉1的長和寬;生理指標(biāo)可首選脯氨酸含量、過氧化氫酶活性、氣孔導(dǎo)度、蒸騰速率、過氧化物酶活性、丙二醛含量、胞間二氧化碳濃度,次選超氧陰離子自由基含量、電子傳遞速率、實(shí)際量子效率和非光化學(xué)猝滅系數(shù)。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

Screening of stages and indexes for cucumber wet-cold tolerance identification

Abstract:Toscreenthestagesandindexes forcucumberwet-coldtoleranceidentification,threestageseedlingsof3cultivars withdifferent wet-coldtolerance,andseedlingsat2leafstageof8diferentwet-coldtolerantcultivars weretreated in growth chamber under wet-cold (9°C/5 °C/5°C+RH95% ) condition taking 28°C/18°C+RH75% as the control. The growth and physiologic indexes of seedlings were colectedandtheir relative values were analyzed.Theresults showed thatwet-cold treatmentsignificantlyinhibitedthegrowthandphysiologicmetabolismofcucumberseedlings,and nduced antioxidant,osmoticregulationandenzyme protectionreactions.Underwet-coldstress,thegrowthandphysiologic indexesofseedlingsat2-leaf,3-leafand4-leafstagecouldbetterindicatethewet-coldtoleranceofthecultivars,butthe2-leaf stagewasbeterforearlyidentification.Basedonclusteranalysis,correlationanalysisandvariationanalysis,plantheight, fresh mass anddry massofseedlings were first recommended inmorphological indexes,followed bystemdiameterand lengthad widthofthefirsttrue leaf.Thecontentofproline,activityofcatalase,stomatalconductance,transpiratiorate, activityofperoxidase,contentof malonaldehydeandconcentrationofintercellarcarbon dioxide were first suggested in physiologicindexes,flowedbyontentofsuperoxideonfredical,electrontransportatetualqantumency non-photochemical quenching coefficient.
