摘要:針對(duì)多規(guī)格螺紋抽釘?shù)淖詣?dòng)化批產(chǎn)需求,分析螺紋抽釘結(jié)構(gòu)和裝配工藝特點(diǎn),基于模塊化思想設(shè)計(jì)一種螺紋抽釘自動(dòng)組裝系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)上料、定位、組裝及檢測(cè)等功能,具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、可靠性高和實(shí)用性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)。

Abstract:For the demand of automatic batch production of multi-specification thread pulling screws, the structure and assembly process characteristics of thread pulling screws are analyzed, and an automatic assembly system of thread pulling screws is designed based on the idea of modularization to realize the functions of automatic feeding, positioning, assembly and detection, which has the characteristics of compact structure, high reliability and strong practicability.
