淺談電子證據(jù)與數(shù)字取證

摘要：文章從電子證據(jù)以及計(jì)算機(jī)取證的概念出發(fā)，介紹了數(shù)字取證工具的種類以及相應(yīng)數(shù)字取證工具及其應(yīng)用，并結(jié)合大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算等新型計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)，探究數(shù)字取證技術(shù)所面臨的問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn)。
