液相色譜技術(shù)在食品接觸材料遷移中應(yīng)用存在的問題及對策

摘 要：目前，食品接觸材料的安全性已成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本文探討食品接觸材料的定義及其對食品安全的影響、液相色譜技術(shù)的原理和優(yōu)勢，分析液相色譜技術(shù)在食品接觸材料遷移研究中應(yīng)用存在的問題，并提出液相色譜技術(shù)在食品接觸材料遷移研究中應(yīng)用的提升對策，以提升液相色譜技術(shù)的應(yīng)用能力。

Problems and Countermeasures in the Application of Liquid Chromatography in the Migration of Food Contact Materials

Abstract： At present， the safety of food contact materials has become the focus of attention. This paper discusses the definition of food contact materials and its impact on food safety， the principle and advantages of liquid chromatography technology， analyzes the problems existing in the application of liquid chromatography technology in the study of food contact materials migration， and puts forward countermeasures to improve the application of liquid chromatography technology in the study of food contact materials migration， so as to improve the application ability of liquid chromatography technology.
