摘 要：本文對快速檢測技術在食品安全監(jiān)管中的應用進行探討。通過闡述食品快速檢測技術在食品安全監(jiān)管中的作用、應用現(xiàn)狀，提出提升食品快速檢測技術應用的措施，以期助力食品安全監(jiān)管。
