基于供應(yīng)鏈視角的食品安全管理策略探究
——以山東省D市K區(qū)為例

摘 要:本文分析山東省D市K區(qū)食品供應(yīng)鏈現(xiàn)狀,指出原料供應(yīng)、生產(chǎn)加工、倉儲(chǔ)物流和銷售環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題,以某知名企業(yè)為例介紹成功管理模式與成效,并基于供應(yīng)鏈視角提出食品安全管理策略,如強(qiáng)化供應(yīng)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)管控、完善食品安全監(jiān)管體系、推動(dòng)企業(yè)與社會(huì)協(xié)同共治等,為食品安全管理提供新思路。

Exploration of Food Safety Management Strategies from the Perspective of Supply Chain
—A Case Study of District K, City D, Shandong Province

Abstract: This paper analyzes the current situation of food supply chain in K district of D city in Shandong province, points out the problems existing in the raw material supply, production and processing, warehousing and logistics, and sales links, takes a well-known enterprise as an example to introduce the successful management model and achievements, and puts forward food safety management strategies from the perspective of supply chain, such as strengthening the control of each link of the supply chain, improving the food safety supervision system, and promoting the coordinated governance of enterprises and society, to provide new ideas for food safety management.
