三維融合式教學模式在雷達情報組網(wǎng)裝備教學中的應(yīng)用研究

摘要：針對雷達情報組網(wǎng)裝備教學存在的學員學習興趣不高、裝備資源數(shù)量不足、教員教學訓練模式單一的問題，從教學過程、教學方法、訓練模式三個方面進行了探索，提出了三維融合式教學模式。三維融合式教學模式的運用激發(fā)了學員學習熱情，提高了人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。

Abstract：several problems existed in radar intelligence network materiel teaching，such asstudy interests of students are quite low，the quantity of materiel resources is lack，and teaching mode is simple and so on.In this paper，three-dimension integrated teaching mode is presented，which makes an exploration from teaching process，teaching method and training mode.Meanwhile，the practice application is given too.Moreover，teaching practice shows that application of three-dimension integrated teaching mode helps to stimulate cadets learning enthusiasm and improve talents training quality.
