Analysis of the Development Pathway for New-Type R&D Institutions in Ningbo City

Abstract：[Purposes] In response to the demands of the times and the needs of the industrial economy，regions across China have witnessed a surge in the establishment of new - typeR&Dinstitutions.Inorderto promote the healthy development of such institutions in Ningbo，this study investigates andanalyzes their development roadmap.[Methods] This study employs methods such as literature review and field investigation to examine the current development status of new-type R&D institutions in Ningbo，analyzing the opportunities and challenges they face.[Findings] This study analyzes the development roadmap for new-type R&D institutions in Ningbo，identifying existing challenges in terms of scale，development level，and institutional mechanisms.[Conclusions] By establishing a development

framework for new-type R&D institutions in Ningbo，this study provides valuable insights applicable to similar institutions across different regions.The proposed roadmap not only facilitates the growth of newtype R&D institutions in Ningbo but also serves as a reference model for other regions.This framework offers significant guidance for the establishment and development of various types of new-type R&D institutions.
