基于晶體塑性模型的304不銹鋼疲勞壽命預(yù)測

摘 要:基于晶體塑性理論生成的多晶體代表性單元,通過模擬拉伸試驗(yàn)獲得具有宏觀性能的晶體塑性材料參數(shù);采用累積塑性應(yīng)變作為疲勞指示因子進(jìn)行疲勞壽命預(yù)測。結(jié)果表明:通過疲勞指示因子預(yù)測的疲勞壽命在試驗(yàn)獲得的疲勞壽命的±2倍誤差范圍之內(nèi),模擬結(jié)果在可接受范圍之內(nèi)。

Fatigue Life Prediction of 304 Stainless Steel Based on Crystal Plasticity Model

Abstract:Based on the polycrystalline representative element generated by the crystal plasticity theory, simulating tensile tests are conducted to obtain the crystalline plastic material parameters with macroscopic properties. Cumulative plastic strain is used as the fatigue indicator parameters to predict the fatigue life. The results show that the fatigue life prediced by the fatigue indictor parameter is within the error range of ±2 times the fatigue life gained by the test, and the simulation result is within the acceptable range.
