Abstract：Inrecentyears，withthecontiuousdevelopmentofChina’ssocialeconomy，environmental protectionwork has received increasingatention.Inorder to promote sustainable socio-economicdevelopment，relevantdepartmentsneed todoagod job inecologicalenvironmentsupervisionandlawenforcement，fully protectingandimprovingtheecological environment.Basedonthis，itisnecessarytoanalyzetheproblemsexisting ingrassroots ecologicalenvironmentsupervision andlawenforcement，andthenproposeoptimizationstrategies toimprovethelevelofgrasrootsecological environment supervision and law enforcement.

縣級生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)綜合行政執(zhí)法大隊(duì)是生態(tài)環(huán)境部門設(shè)置在縣級的執(zhí)法機(jī)構(gòu)，是縣級生態(tài)環(huán)境部門的重要助手，主要從事貫徹生態(tài)環(huán)境法律法規(guī)、環(huán)境監(jiān)察與污染物排放監(jiān)管、環(huán)境違法行為查處、環(huán)境應(yīng)急及預(yù)警、環(huán)境污染投訴處理等工作。（剩余4157字）
