Abstract：Againstthebackdropofrapidurbanization，there isanincreasingdemandforlanduse.Inthiscontext，land resource managementshouldbestrengthenedfromallaspects topromote intensivelanduse.Startingfromtheconnotation， significance，and problems facedbylandconservation and intensive use inthecontextof nationalspatialplanning，a series of optimization measuresare proposed，including the establishment ofamulti-party participation mechanism， the developmentof land conservationand intensive use plans，the innovation of land conservation and intensive use technologies，theoptimizationofregulatorymechanisms，and theacelerationoftheconstructionof mechanisms forland composite use.The research aims to provide useful references for China's terrtorial spatial planning.
