Research on the Application Effect of Selective Catalytic Reduction Technology in Exhaust Gas Denitrification

Abstract：Toaddresstheissueofnitrogenoxideemissions from industrialenterprisessuchas thermal powerplantsand cementplants，Selective CatalyticReduction （SCR）technology isadoptedforexhaust gasdenitrificationtreatment.Studythe influenceofdiferentcatalysttypes，reactiontemperatures，spacevelocities，andotherprocessparametersondenitrification efficiency through experiments.Research has shown that moisture and SO have a certain impact on catalyst activity，but stable operation can beachieved through processoptimization; through optimized temperature regulationstrategy，the fluctuation range of denitrification eficiency is controlled within ± 3 % ，and the system utilization rate reaches 97 % . All technicalindicators metenvironmentalprotectionrequirements.SCR technologyhasdemonstrated excellentdenitrification efficiency and cost-effectiveness in industrial applications.
