Abstract:Withthedevelopmentof theeconomyandsocietyandtheimprovementoflivingstandards,theamountofkitchen wastegenerated in Chinaisrapidlyincreasing.Thecollectionandtransportationof kitchenwastehas becomeoneof the hotspots inurbanmodernizationgovermance.Inordertomakethetreatmentofkitchenwastemoreeficient,itisnecessaryto combine thecollectionand transportationmodes,equipment,managementsystems,andtheoreticalmodelsofkitchen waste athomeandabroad,analyzetheproblemsexistinginthecollectionandtransportationofkitchen wasteinChina,andthen propose optimization suggestions.
